We are looking for a Program Manager who will be responsible for developing, deploying, coordinating and managing a successful implementation of all farm related projects. The ideal candidate will show high energy, be focused, result-oriented and be a highly driven individual.
What you’ll do:
Manage project activities through sound project management principles and standards
Create and proactively manage project plans adapted by project manager
Continually drive the project schedule forward through pre-emptive action and prompt responsiveness.
Identify key milestones and responsible parties to create and maintain overall project schedules
Proactively manage risk and issues, and influence others
Facilitate strong communication between multiple teams, coordinate teams to ensure there is understanding and alignment for each unique deployment plan, and the details are accurately communicated
Assign action items to relevant stakeholders and ensure timely completion of tasks and delivery
Maintain and track all project-related documents including correspondences, permits, agreements, sketches, submittals, drawings, spreadsheets, notes, etc.
Providing issue resolution and recommendation support to achieve desired project outcomes
You’ll be a great fit is you have:
Bachelor’s degree
3-5 years of equivalent combination of education and applicable project management experience.
2-3 years of experience administering projects in a formal delivery methodology
Have proven track record of supporting projects to successful completion
Strong logical and analytical problem solving skills, rigorous approach to project management
Experience creating, managing, and report on project plans
Ability to support teams with multiple disciple representation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate data, context, and implications effectively to senior management and cross-functional teams
Must be a self-starter who is resourceful, proactive and assertive, that thrives in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
Highly competent with project management tools, Asana experience a bonus
